Swimmers will enjoy two-mile-long North Beach on the north end of Bear lake. The gradual slope of the lake bottom provides an enormous swimming area. Ramps are available for boaters and water skiers who want to enjoy the water, too.

Zip lines, rope courses and a 350-foot slide. Restaurant with hamburgers, hot dogs, French fries and other foods. Climb inside the Zorb Ball (made of transparent plastic) and roll down the hill. Nine-hole Frisbee golf course. The lodge has a large gathering room and a large covered patio overlooking Bear Lake.

Epic Adventures, located in Garden City services the entire Bear Lake area. They are open year round. During the summer they rent ski boats, wave-runners, paddle boards, bikes and UTV's. During the winter they rent snowmobiles, snow tubes, snow shoes and snow bikes. In addition they host boat tours and other group activities.

Bear Lake State Park is located in the southeastern corner of Idaho and on the eastern side of the lake. Campsites for groups as large as 50 are available along with several serviced and standard sites.

For those looking to moor their boats in a more private setting, the Marina at East Shore is located 22 miles from Seven Mile Ranch on the east side of Bear Lake in Idaho immediately south of the East Shore subdivision. The season is from May 15-October 31st.

Rendezvous Beach at Bear Lake is a hidden gem, and often overlooked by beach goers in favor of more popular beaches. It is located 21 miles or 28 minutes from Seven Mile Ranch.

For those who like to golf, there are two golf courses in the Bear Lake area. Bear Lake Golf Course in Garden City, UT has an exciting 9 hole regulation course while Bear Lake West in West Haven Idaho also offers 9 holes of golf.

The oldest continuously-owned family ski resort in the US, Beaver Mountain has been dedicated to providing a place where every rider gets the personal touch since 1939. It is located 23 miles (30 min) from Seven Mile Ranch and offers the same “Best Snow on Earth” as other more well known ski areas.
